Celadon Age – Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The artwork must be in its original condition and undamaged.
    • Original packaging and proof of purchase must be included.
  • Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of our pieces, returns are not accepted for works damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
2. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fee will be deducted for returns not due to damage or defects.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
3. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available only if the artwork arrives damaged or defective.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. How to Return

  • Package the artwork carefully in its original packaging.
  • Ship to designated address.
